The collaboration with GROW follows a structured and transparent procedure, divided into simple, manageable steps:
1. Needs Analysis
We consult with the employer to define the exact worker profile: number of positions, type of activity (skilled/unskilled), experience requirements, work schedule, salary, housing, and other conditions.
2. Proposal & Collaboration Agreement
Based on the initial analysis, we draft a detailed proposal (costs, timelines, responsibilities). Upon acceptance, we sign the formal collaboration agreement between your company and Rary Solutions.
3. Sourcing & Selection in Nepal, Sri Lanka, and Bangladesh
Through our trusted local partners, we organize recruitment campaigns, pre-selection, and interviews. Online interviews between the employer and candidates can be arranged upon request.
4. Candidate Confirmation
We present the employer with a shortlist of suitable candidates, including CVs and relevant background information. The company provides final approval for the selected individuals.
5. Legal Documentation & Compliance
Together with our partners, we handle the entire documentation process, including:
